Before anything moves, it is engineered. Route surveys and swept-path analysis, lifting and rigging plans, centre-of-gravity calculations, grillage and sea-fastening design, barge stability and ballast calculations, and method statements, verified and signed off by marine warranty surveyors.
One contract from origin to running plant. We take a project from the fabrication yard through ocean carriage to installation on its foundation, engineering, charter, transport and setting-to-level, with no hand-offs. Boats moved water-to-water; 4 × 365 MT FOC tanks carried Shanghai to Ras Laffan.
Flat-top, aggregate and rock barges with tug, on voyage or time charter. For loadouts, anchorage mobilisations and moves where no berth or heavy-lift vessel is available, including full earthmoving fleets worked entirely over the side at anchor.
Single lifts up to 264 MT, moved on heavy-lift vessels, crawler cranes and SPMTs. Route surveys, lifting analysis and certified rigging crews carry the load from pre-loadout meeting to final positioning.
Cargo beyond every standard limit, up to 8.5 m in diameter. Authority permits, engineering sign-off and specialist vessel booking are in place before a single metre is moved.
Millimetre-precise moves where cranes cannot reach. Synchronised hydraulic rams position plant, generators and tanks in confined, low-headroom spaces, up to complete production-line relocations, extracted and re-set to level.
